Essential Duties:

  • Maintain, repair and troubleshoot progressive dies and fixtures.
  • Build new dies and fixtures to print specifications.
  • Inspect own work using variety of inspection equipment.
  • Familiarity with power presses and associated production equipment preferred.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment and follows 6S standards.
  • Properly follow all safety procedures and policies. Uses correct P.P.E.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities.

Requirements:

Experience with progressive dies.

Weekend Robotic Automation Specialist

Description:

To effectively monitor and resolve production department automation issues. Establish and perform preventative and predictive maintenance to improve productivity throughout the facility.

This key position requires a “hands-on” approach in the alignment of HR strategies with company goals. A strong generalist background in compliance, compensation and benefit design and administration, recruitment, employee relations, organizational development, training and performance management is required to help the company address the challenges growth has created and future growth will create.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment, PLC’s, Robots, and vision systems.
  • Adjust pick-up and program robot points and frames.
  • Monitor, adjust and install automation and tooling sensors.
  • Monitor equipment and automated cell performance and react to underperformance.
  • Perform failure analysis on equipment to establish preventative and predictive maintenance in compliance with Quality Systems.
  • Review repair and maintenance data in the (CMS) Computer Maintenance System.
  • Document, create and review maintenance and repair instructions.
  • Monitor, update and meet department maintenance goals.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe working environment by following 6S standards.
  • Properly follow all H&M procedures and policies.
  • Use correct P.P.E. per JHA’s and Job Description; required to wear safety shoes with the standard F2412 and F2413 rating. Individuals trained in NFPA 70E Arc Flash are required to wear electrical hazard safety shoes with the F2412EH and F2413EH rating.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, including Idea System.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Have knowledge of computers, electronics, test equipment and mechanics.
  • Electrical background and Arc Flash Trained.
  • Able to work Saturday and/or Sunday.
  • High School or Technical School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED). One to three months related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience in manufacturing or industrial automation environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret ladder diagrams, schematics, and technical procedures.
  • Ability to write reports, technical instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios proportions to practical situations.
  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Ability to interpret technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form.

Machine Operator 2nd Shift

Description:

Work as team member with direction from Cell Lead or Group Lead. Safely and effectively operate all machinery and equipment in the Assembly, CNC, and Finishing departments, while adhering to all documented instructions and procedures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate various machining equipment such as air presses, milling and drilling machines, pad printers, laser welders and cutters per M.O.I.’s/Work Instructions.
  • Perform prepacking, gauging and visual inspections per M.O.I.’s/ Work Instructions; verify gauges are correct and calibrated prior to starting every operation.
  • Ensure product ID and traceability is maintained by accurately filling out required paperwork (Followers, Inspection Ticket, etc.).
  • Accurately enter labor hours in MES; monitor personal time and attendance weekly.
  • Maintain an organized, clean and safe work environment by following 6S standards.
  • Properly follow all H&M procedures and policies.
  • Use correct P.P.E. per JHAs and Job Description; when safety shoes are required (Finishing), they must be rated F2412 and F2413.
  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities, including the Idea System.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
