Since 2001, Hobson & Motzer has embraced the lean manufacturing philosophy. We held our first lean event in the spring of 2001 and continue to hold lean, 5s and Six Sigma events every year. Today, we average 8-10 events per year and we are continually challenging ourselves and our suppliers.
