Automotive Seat Latch

This seat latch is made from 1008/1010 steel with a zinc plate. The pin is screw machined and automatically inserted into the seat latch using an in-die assembly process.
Hobson and Motzer coordinates the purchase of the raw material and the pins. We also maintain the tooling and work with the customer to develop manufacturing schedules and manage KanBan levels.
