Automotive Fuel Injector Component

Hobson and Motzer manufactures this stainless steel washer with a .011" raised rib on the backside. On the front, the cone shape is coined into the part. Key to the fuel economy is the lack of burrs on the ID.
This component was originally a screw machined part but Hobson and Motzer, with their coining technology, was able to produce this part complete off a progressive die.
